SERVICES
initial appointment
Your initial appointment will be used to gain a deeper understanding of your presenting complaint and to gain as much information as possible to ascertain your current health status and any contributing factors on a pathophysiological, physical, emotional and mental wellbeing level. Your consult will include comprehensive questioning on your health history past and present, lifestyle choices, dietary choices, physical examinations if required and referrals for further testing if necessary.
Basic dietary and lifestyle tips will be provided to begin your health journey and a specific and targeted treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your consult. This will include:
- Targeted dietary and lifestyle recommendations/goal
- Handouts providing education, support, recipes
- Prescriptions for high quality practitioner supplements/nutraceuticals if required
- Referrals for further pathology testing if required

return consult
A return consult is used to touch base and discuss any further ongoing health concerns. During this consultation we will chat about your current treatment plan and work through any issues that you maybe experiencing. The next stage of your treatment plan will be discussed and provided.
Ongoing return consults will be recommended on a personal basis depending on the progression of your wellbeing. Recommendations for the regularity of these return consults can range from between every two weeks for chronic cases, to every 3-4 weeks for less severe cases, working towards touching base once every 6 months for a “tune up” to keep your health on track.

nutrient analysis
A nutrient analysis provides you with a comprehensive overview of your current dietary status and any nutrient deficiencies you may possibly have from the diet you are consuming. It helps identify which areas you need to increase your micro or macro nutrients, and/or areas of reduction.
The nutrient analysis can provide insight to the relationship between your health status and current signs and symptoms. A specific list of foods high in required nutrients will be provided as well as tips for the reduction in any excesses.
